We are a family owned and operated furniture retailer in Southern Arizona and have been the Tucson area's preferred home and office furnishings provider for over 65 years! Our Company was founded by Samuel A. Levitz in 1953 and has grown to 6 retail locations with over 600+ employees. Our mission is to improve the furniture buying experience by providing quality service, high value product and affordable prices.
We are one of the top 75 furniture retailers in the United States and growing fast! We have immediate openings and are looking for the perfect additions to our family!
Customer Care Associate
Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good phone etiquette and customer service skills. This role requires "speaking with a smile".
- Adaptable to changing circumstances
- Experience in a cashiering role a plus
- Works well in a team environment which includes 4-8 office staff and 20-30 sales staff
- Learn the Company process and procedures
- Communicates and documents customer concerns
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand and walk frequently
- Ability to work with our guest to best fit their shopping needs
- Open to various work schedules, including weekends and holidays
Working Conditions and Environment
This position requires varied hours, weekends and holidays. It’s usually moderately loud. Handling equipment and merchandise can be dirty at times. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
