Our Company was founded by Samuel A. Levitz in 1953 and has grown to 5 retail locations with over 600 employees. Customer Care Associate

We are looking for customer service experts that will assist our customers in finalizing their purchases with the utmost quality and friendliness at all times. This position is very customer facing both on the phone and in person, customer service etiquette and ability to learn our information systems are very important.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good phone etiquette and customer service skills. This role requires "speaking with a smile".
• Computer skills strongly preferred will work with GERS, DispatchTrac, Metaswitch
• Adaptable to changing circumstances
• Experience in a cashiering role a plus
• Works well in a team environment which includes 2-6 office staff and 20-30 sales staff
• Learn the Company process and procedures
• Communicates and documents customer concerns
• Open to various work schedules, including weekends and holidays
