Job description:

 

  • Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle of product
  • Budget analyzing to keep within cost goals
  • Purchasing/repurchasing goods to meet sales goals and processing shipments to arrive on time
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Work with other departments to incorporate real time updates on product arrival
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet use and creation
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
